Questions about repairs
How much is the callout fee?
R550 during business hours, and we tell you before we book. If you go ahead with the repair, the callout comes off the final price.
Do you do emergency call-outs?
Yes, 24 hours a day for burst pipes, geysers and major leaks. The after-hours callout is R950, and we confirm it on the phone before we come.
Can you help with a geyser insurance claim?
Yes. We assess the damage, take photos, and give you the report most insurers ask for. Geyser replacements come with a Certificate of Compliance.
Is the work guaranteed?
Workmanship is guaranteed for six months. If the same problem comes back in that time, we fix it at no charge. Parts carry the manufacturer warranty.
