Before you book

How much is the callout fee?

R550 during business hours, and we tell you before we book. If you go ahead with the repair, the callout comes off the final price.

Do you do emergency call-outs?

Yes, 24 hours a day for burst pipes, geysers and major leaks. The after-hours callout is R950, and we confirm it on the phone before we come.

Is the work guaranteed?

Workmanship is guaranteed for six months. If the same problem comes back in that time, we fix it at no charge. Parts carry the manufacturer warranty.

How soon can you come out?

Emergencies go to the next available plumber, usually within the hour. Other jobs are normally booked for the same or next working day.

How do I pay?

Card, EFT or SnapScan once the job is done. We only ask for a deposit on larger installations.
